A policeman was killed and four people injured when a car bomb exploded in Spain's northern Basque region.
No group has said it carried out the attack, but the region's governor blamed the Basque separatist group Eta.
Juan Jose Ibarretxe said the group was ruining the name of the Basque people with its campaign of violence.

President Bush on his Middle East solution
The US is prepared to help strengthen Lebanon's army so it can disarm Hezbollah, US President George W Bush said in an interview with the BBC.
He said the Shia Muslim Hezbollah movement had acted against its own people and was destabilising Lebanon.
He made the remarks ahead of a trip to the Middle East later this week.

The United States military in Iraq says a man detained in the northern city of Mosul is not in fact the leader of al-Qaeda in Iraq.
An earlier statement from the Iraqi defence ministry said that al-Masri had been captured.
